Other monetary payments that the buyer will be obliged to make to the developer under the property transfer agreement: from the day the residential unit is handed over to the buyer until the formation of the housing community in the building, the buyer will be required to pay the developer a fee to cover the operating costs related to the use of the unit and the common property, as detailed in the template of the developer agreement attached to the investment’s information prospectus. The buyer will also bear the notary costs of the ownership transfer agreement.
